Order Processing

All RAISED Jorts orders are currently being accepted as pre-orders due to a slight production delay with our manufacturer.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your pair before they sell out. Orders will begin processing and shipping as soon as production is complete.

Estimated shipping timeframe: Orders are expected to ship within 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RAISED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you believe your package is lost, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
